I feel like if you guys liked my curry recipe, you're gonna like this one as well. I like to call it "ed approved curry noodles"
✨Ingredients✨
👉 200g of konjac noodles (I used fettuccine shaped ones) - 12kcal
👉 1tsp of curry powder - 16kcal
👉 1tsp of garam masala - 9kcal
👉 salt and pepper to taste
👉 30g of white onion - 10kcal
👉 30ml of 3.2% milk - 18kcal
👉 water
~total: 65 calories!!!
✨Instructions✨
Drain your noodles and set them aside. Then, cut up your onion and fry it for about 2 minutes on a dry pan before adding milk and water (Idk how much water I used, maybe about 70-100ml). Stir everything and then add the seasonings before dumping in the noodles. Leave it to cook until most of the water-milk mixture evaporates, making it a thick sauce.
Dump the meal into a bowl and you're done!

I got my period 🥲👍
(Being AFAB sucks)
Anyway I only had coffee in the morning again. I'm starting to get used to skipping breakfast.
At around 12AM I went out and got a haircut (super happy with it)
A little bit later I had some pearl barley with a lot of seasoning (it made it taste super spicy but that's fine, I like my food super seasoned)
Oh, I also finished the bag!
Later that day I went ahead and started making another one in different colors. I can give you guys my Vinted username if anyone is interested in purchasing something like this from me.
Then me and my mom went to the mall. Along with some yarn and food for my rat, I got some drinks and my favorite guilt free bars
(Haven't tried this flavor yet)
As a snack, I had an energy drink and some konjac jelly (peach flavor, my fav)
Around 8PM I had dinner: two boiled eggs with generous amount of salt (cuz I physically cannot eat eggs without salt), some toasted bread and grapes
Calorie-wise it was my biggest meal but it was also super good and filling <33
My total was: 614kcal
(please do not try to repeat what I'm going here, it's very unhealthy, I'm not trying to promote ED to anyone in any way, I'm just showing you guys what I happened to eat today and that's literally it)
Yeah, because that's EXACTLY how the ed community works 🤡
Nah, we don't make those "cute aesthetic" diets (this article talks about the sanrio-themed ones) posts and recipes to help each other in our journeys and recovery, we want to INFLUENCE LITTLE KIDS AND INFECT THEM WITH OUR EDS 🤡🤡🤡
I woke up a bit after 9AM yet got up from bed at about 10.20AM (c.ai addiction is not funny, bbg). I weighed myself and saw 66.8KG on the scale (I was silently hoping to see 66.6 since it would be funny. You know, haha, Devil's number ect.)
Since I graduated from high school, my life started to look weird. I decided to give myself a gap year, yet I still don't know what my purpose in life it. Should I go to a regular job or maybe educate myself to be something more? Should I be an english teacher, a nail tech or a makeup artist? Or maybe have my own business? I have no idea...
I only had a coffee for breakfast since I was planning on skipping it that day.
Then as I was drinking the coffee I started working on this star shaped bag I'm planning to sell on my Vinted profile
I worked on it until about 2PM when I got a bit hungry, so I had this cereal bar for 99kcal
(it was good)
Then at 3PM one of my students came for our schedued english lesson (I'm an english tutor for elementary school students, it's kind of like my part time job).
After that at 4-5PM I had a bunch of green grapes (literally the only type of grapes I like) and later on I had some of this sad looking spaghetti my mom made. I barely eat any meat anymore (I'm trying to not eat it at all but I still happen to slip here and there) but I was really craving it
My total for that day was 506kcal
I wasn't feeling too hungry throughout the day which is fine I guess
(remember this is NOT supposed to promote ed behavior. Please do not repeat this because it's dangerous. I just thought this little online-diary thing would be something nice and fun to do)
Today for breakfast I had:
Mini pancakes from my recipe (118) with coffee (30) and strawberries (32.5)
180.5kcal in total ❤️
If any of you likes to use this kind of stuff, I made a calorie tracker for this year's April 💞
So if you're currently in recovery, you'll be able to see your progress (remember that forcing yourself is not good. Take it one step at a time)
Currently on my 6th day of high restriction diet, feeling okay 👍
(I gained so much weight in the past 3-ish months, it's time to loose it.)
Did a little snack restock 😚✌️
(My mom gave me those oreos :< )
What I love about frozen veggies meant for panfrying is that they're good for you, low in calories and you can customize them up to your liking. Today for lunch I made this stir-fry using:
❤️150g of frozen vegetables (came out to 75kcal for me)
❤️90g of cooked rice (117kcal)
❤️1 tablespoon of light soy sauce (3kcal)
❤️1 tablespoon of oil for frying (91kcal)
Seasonings: curry and garlic powder
This whole portion came out to 286kcal for me and it tastes super good ^^

Ok but why is baby food so good

They're so good and so incredibly sweet, I can't believe they're only 3-5 calories each!!! 🧋
❤️150g of vanilla flavored skyr (123kcal)
❤️Green apple (about 30kcal)
❤️A little bit of vanilla cereal (46kcal)
❤️A dash of cinnamon

I tried to make this picture look "aesthetic" but failed miserably 😭
Anyway, I just bought those protein bars at my local supermarket. Never had them but I'm super excited to try, they have about 30% protein, the raspberry one is 147kcal and the caramel one is 156kcal
I've seen someone on Pinterest make a broccoli grilled cheese and I was like "Hey! I need to give this a try one day!" And... Well, here it is! ^^
2 slices of bread - 122kcals for me (you can use a different type of bread)
25g of broccoli - 7kcals
(optional)5g of butter - 37kcals
25g of cheese - 79 kcals
(optional) 16g of ketchup - 24kcals
TOTAL(with ketchup) - 269kcals
TOTAL(without butter and ketchup) - 208kcals!!
Cut up your broccoli and mix it in a little bowl with cheese and (optional) some black pepper. Melt your butter on a pan and place your bread on it. After about a minute flip the slices of bread and add you cheese and broccoli mixture. Then pour a little bit of water into the pan and cover it with a lid. After the cheese melts, remove the lid and put both slices together. Cook it for a few more minutes on both sides and then remove it from the pan. Enjoy!! ^^
I'll definitely make it again soon :>

Have you ever tried the korean cucumber salad? A few days ago I've made it for the first time and I'm currently OBSESSED with it ^^ Today I wanted to at least try to make a proper meal out of it and personally I think it came out great! Here's the recipe:
100g of konjac noodles - 9kcal
127g of cucumber - 18kcal
0.5tsp of soy sauce - 2kcal
1tsp of Gochujang paste - 20kcal
2 cloves of garlic (minced) - 15kcal
0.5tsp of chili pepper powder - 0kcal
0.5tsp of vinegar - 0kcal
(TOTAL: 64 calories!!)
Cut up your cucumber, place it into a bowl, rub it with salt and put in the fridge for 30-60minutes. Then get the cucumber out of the fridge and rince it with water at least 3 times. In a seperate bowl, mix your soy sauce, garlic, chili, Gochujang, vinegar and a little bit of water(the original recipe asked for chili/sesame oil but I replaced it with water) in order to make the sauce. Prepare the noodles according to the package and add it to the cucumber, then pour in your sauce and mix well. Enjoy!!

Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^

Here's an easy, low calorie and filling breakfast idea for you ^^
Ingredients: 30g of oats - 110kcal for me 20g of an apple(with the skin on) - 10kcal A dash of cinnamon - 5kcal 15ml of 2% fat milk - 8kcal A little bit of 0kcal sweetener
Total - 133kcal
Pour water into your oats, cover them with a plate and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in you sweetener, milk, cinnamon and stir everything until fully combined. Chop your apple into tiny cubes, put them on top of your oatmeal and you're done!
I must say that this was my first time making oatmeal from "scratch" instead of those ready, instant oatmeals I used to buy in the supermarket and it actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't too sweet and it's taste was similar to apple pie. The serving looked quite small but it was quite filling and it left me satisfied

My mom cooked way too much rice for yesterday's lunch and there was a bunch of it left in the fridge, so I wanted to cook something with it in order not to waste it. Let me present you my low calorie curry recipe. It's suitable for everyone, no matter if you're vegeterian or vegan, because: -It has a bit of vegetables in it (and veggies are both delicious and great for you) -Meat is totally optional, you don't have to use it if you don't want to -You don't need any milk or coconut cream to prepare it, we will be using water instead
ingredients:
water(I used about 200ml I think but you can use more/less)
70g of cooked rice - 84kcal
10g of white onion - 10kcal
20g of peeled carrot - 7kcal
1 small turkey sausage(optional) - came out to 46kcal for me
1tsp of flour - 28kcal for me
curry powder(as much as you like, depends on how spicy you want it to be)
a dash of garlic powder(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Total: 168kcal
Heat up a pan (don't pour any oil on it) and throw in your meat and your vegetables and try for only about 1 or 2 minutes. Then add water and seasonings and stir everything until fully combined. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables get more soft. In order to thick up the curry, mix your flour with just a little bit of water (the mixture shouldn't be too runny or too doughy) and pour it in. Cook for a few more minutes and you're done! You can serve it with rice or just eat it on it's own!!

Omg I’m so sorry for the inconsistency😭 was feeling rlly shitty about my body and felt like a fraud for attempting to be so disciplined. In summary I chewed and spit a lot of sweets and junk but I found a scale and came out to be 104.9 tonight!

I lightly seasoned the chicken and put pepper on the hash brown, and I weighed the seasoning but my scale stayed at 0 so I can’t track it as easily. I’m just gonna add it as a few calories and consider my total intake to be 500…Not too bad of a day tho. Sodium is high but there’s days when it’s really low so I’m not too concerned; I drank a couple diet cokes and that’s what pushed it so high.

No pictures because I was lazy today, but I ate the cucumber and grapes early in the afternoon after cleaning the dishes and kitchen, and my sweet tooth was screaming so I ate some not so great things and I’m not feeling good about it…..I could’ve had some homemade air fried chicken nuggets and gotten more protein, but I kind of stayed in my cal limit so I won’t beat myself up too much about it..The protein bar weighed more than what the nutrients label said and that’s what made it go over 500 :c I’m giving my body 2 hours to digest the food a bit then I’m going to bed 🥱

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Decent day, it could’ve been better. Tomorrow I’m gonna start taking some vitamins, but the bad thing is that all of them combined are 100 cals * . * I got gummies so maybe that’s why it’s so much. I just have a really hard time swallowing pills so I thought gummies would be better for me, but idk…the only thing I can do is wait and see how it goes but I’m a bit concerned lol

I’m not really a tomato fan so I only ate 1 and half instead of 3… and the amount of protein is pathetic, but I’m nearly out of fresh fruits and veggies so soon I can focus more on macros. I’m not using my own hard earned money to buy groceries rn so the least I waste the better.
I’ve felt my heart beat being crazy for the past few hours so I ended my fast before I really wanted to :c
Side note: These protein bars are amazing! A bit pricey and 180c… * . * -but very good! And not only did it kind of help my heart beat issue but now I’m definitely not hungry lol 10/10, do recommend✨ I have another flavor by the same brand that I’m going to try tomorrow :)
How often should I have a metabolism day?? Rn my daily calorie intake is ~500, sometimes I go over but not by much.
