Did my very first 24hr fast today and I decided to break it with chia seed pudding, some blueberries and a banana, I'm so proud of myself it was easier than I was expecting tho ngl
All up today I consumed 1190 kcal and I feel so gross😭 I can't wait for school tomorrow so it takes my mind off of being hungry, I just had that dinner and I actually feel disgusting
For breakfast I had:
poached eggs on toast (352 kcal) and a banana and cinnamon smoothie (163 kcal)
For a snack:
Fried tofu (106 kcal)
For lunch:
4 rice cakes with canned tuna (148 kcal)
For dinner:
Chips, coleslaw and half a bit of chicken schnitzel that my mum got me (421 kcal)

Man I am so tired today😭 I also kinda wanna start drinking more smoothies/protein shakes just to kinda get me out of the habit of putting stuff in my mouth if that makes sense?? I wish I didn't love food so much man </3
Monday 30/10
Today I had 945 calories which is a little too close for comfort for me but at least it's under I suppose. I wish I could make my own dinner so I can control what I eat more😭
For lunch I had an apple and some black tea because I was feeling pretty hungry, which was 50 calories
After school I had a little bowl filled with lettuce, salmon, scrambled eggs and a tiny bit of avocado which was 196 calories
For dinner mum made pasta, leas and crumbed sausages which I ended up having two of, that was 697 calories😭
I wanted some dessert before my fasting period began so I made this little yoghurt cereal thingy with some honey! I won't lie it is a little more calories than I wanted at 171 calories but it's not over my 1000 kcal limit and it's dessert so I don't particularly mind
I used:
Oats- 1/8 cup- 78 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Honey- 1 tsp- 20kcal
+once again some pansy petals to garnish because I like colour
Monday 23/10
Back from my meta weekend and it made me feel so gross😭 I think I might cut it back to one day a week instead of two, anyways this was 718 calories, I'm getting some protein powder next week which I'm really looking forward to!
I only had dinner today and for that I had a cheese, lettuce and ham sandwich which was 324 calories, rice cakes with ham, lettuce and carrot which was 265 and a little lettuce wrap with ham and cheese which was 129 calories
This is nowhere as aesthetic because my mum made it for me which also meant I had to guess the amounts </3
My guess is:
A total of 299 kcals
Mashed potatoes- 1/3 cup- 85 kcal
Chicken- 1/4 cup- 80 kcal
Peas- 1/4 cup- 29 kcal
Mashed parsnip and carrot- 3 tbsp- 5 kcal
Friday 2/11
Sadly I couldn't do a full 24 hr liquid fast like I wanted to because my step sister was getting sus but I did consume net 0 calories instead😭 I went on like a 3 hr walk
Here's what i had for lunch! It's not the most aesthetic but it was actually so tasty, I think I'm gonna have to eat something in the morning because today I was *suffering* anyways this was 133 kcal
It was:
A one egg omelette- 74 kcal
Chicken- 2 tbsp- 30 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1 tbsp- 10 kcal
I added some chilli flakes, garlic and parsley for flavour
A cup of coffee with 1 tbsp full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar which came to 29 kcal
I think this is gonna be my new safe food because oh my god it's actually so yum and only 114 kcal for the three of them. I am literally obsessed like you have no idea
I straight up almost forgot to post today😭 I've almost gotten used to black coffee thank god, sometimes I drink black tea as well because I get a little hungry. This all was 405 calories if my math is right (hopefully it is). I gotta say restricting calories has gotten so easy I've been skipping meals since I was little (unrelated to body issues) but like this is the first time I've counted calories at all, I can't believe that this time last week I was struggling with it
For breakfast I had a couple of rice crackers with cucumber and spices which was 85 kcal
After school I had half a cooked apple with cinnamon and 1/8 cup greek yoghurt, 60 kcal
Mum made mousetraps for tea and after looking up similar recipes I think what I had was around 260 kcal? I'm not worried about being super accurate since my limit is literally 1000 calories
